Dr. Ioannis Salamouris is President and Founding Member of Knowl Social Enterprise. He has more than 15 years of academic and teaching experience in Academic Institutions and Training Programs, having implemented a variety of student trainings, as well as executive trainings in Public and Private Organizations. He has received a Teaching Excellence Award from the Athens University of Economics and Business for the development and implementation of innovative approaches to teaching and assessment. He is responsible for developing all educational content for the programs designed and implemented by knowl, focusing on entrepreneurship and soft skills in collaboration with major international institutions such as the Princes’ Trust International and the International Rescue Committee (Business for YOUth). 

At the same time, he has worked as a scientific collaborator for the implementation of numerous projects, co-financed by the European Commission. He holds a Degree in Business Administration from University of Athens in Economics and Business, MSc in Accounting and Finance from the University of Essex, and a Ph.D. in Finance from the University of Manchester. Dr Salamouris is an Honorary Fellow of the Global Advisory Board of the Academy of Finance and Management and a key member of the Hellenic Young Entrepreneurs Association (OESYNE) Institutional Intervention Team.
