Capt. Georgios Koutsikos is a licensed Master with more than 12 years of seagoing service,  mainly in oil tankers of Minerva Marine with a limited period of service on LNG Carriers. A graduate of the Epirus Merchant Marine Academy in 2007 with a strong appetite for postgraduate studies. He is a Senior Trainer on ECDIS, simulator-based training on cargo handling in tankers and operational safety. 

He is also in charge of various demonstration projects of the Training Center, including the introduction of Mentoring on vessels, the enrichment of passage planning with elements of the new S-100 hydrographic standards and other.
